Made very welcome and comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Facilities very good with a lounge and games , books and drinks available for visitors.
Disliked: Next time i will ask for a lower floor with few steps.

Want a thoughtful hospitality experience...

Liked: The owner is so thoughtful and the standard of hospitality is above and beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. After a long day it was wonderful to come back and relax and have access to hot drinks, cold filtered water.

Perfect place to stay, relaxing...

Liked: One of the best hotels we have stayed in - a warm friendly greeting, amazing views out across the Malvern Hills. The room was kept immaculately clean, and the shower was top notch - right down to nice big white fluffy bath sheets (not the teeny things we are used to at other hotels! Breakfast was amazing, such a choice of yogurt, berries and toppings to choose from, plus a full English cooked to order, pastries, whatever you wanted really. Nothing was too much trouble, fresh milk in the room, cake and biscuits on request. Couldn't fault it at all, and believe me, I am quite picky!!
Disliked: Nothing really, it was perfection.

Liked: There was a warm welcome from Lindsay to a spotless Cleeve Hill Hotel. Lots of little touches from lovely toiletries to a hot drink machine and a tasty breakfast. We have already booked for next year.
Disliked: Sadly unsuitable for some due to the number of steps to the front door.

Hidden gem of a hotel

Liked: Rooms spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Stairs at front, can’t change much about the property being on a hill
