Clean and comfy

Liked: This property is a beautiful house in the East Sussex countryside with wonderful views from the garden. The bed was very comfortable and all of the bedroom and ensuite was very clean. The tea/coffee station was much appreciated. The full English cooked breakfast contained good quality sausage and bacon. My husband was asked if he'd like some beans as he does not eat eggs.
Disliked: Unfortunately we found the pillows very hard.At breakfast there was no marmalade or jams out: i had to ask for them. I fully appreciate the owner is trying to reduce waste and keep costs to a minimum but it just seemed a bit odd. Similarly toast, two slices arrived, one each, again fine but she never asked if we would like any more. It was just....unusual
