Liked: The staff, especially the valet staff, were so nice. The gentleman welcomed us, answered questions, took us to our room, was patient with us. He was just so kind. The young lady that checked us in was so sweet. The boys at the towel stand for the pool were kind. I just felt very welcomed. I love this place. I would recommend and have recommended to others. Thank you. The gentleman who took our luggage to the room warned us about the red tide. Myself and my brother and his wife so appreciate he told us about the red tide. We got to enjoy the pool and be safe. Thank you so very much for that.
Disliked: What could definitely be better is cleaning up in the pool and spa area. Cups, paper towels, food and drink containers were left out even right outside the pool. There were children that were unattended by adults in the spa.

Disliked: the only downside was that it does not include breakfast, although you can have breakfast at one of the restaurants in the property but is not complimentary.
