Fantastic Service
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Loved that we saw dolphins, manatees, and sting rays from our hotel balcony almost daily. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Got eaten alive by mosquitoes while sitting at the pool bar area.

The property was nice, but...
Liked: The rooms are really nice and comfortable. We got a poolside cabana, which was great. The pool is cute and fun, with nice poolside facilities.
Disliked: The service was really lacking, some might say asleep. We asked at the front desk if they could turn down the sleep sofa for our daughters, they never did it. There was only 1 pillow for the sofa bed, so we asked for another pillow and blankets, they never showed up. There was nearby lighting, which closed down the pool deck and pool bar, but then never opened the bar inside, so everyone was just sitting in the lobby and bar area bored, waiting for any service to arrive. Buyer beware with the jetski rentals, if there is inclement weather you can not get a refund!
