Absolutely excellent, liked everything about...

Liked: Pool had a great vibe, pool side service was excellent. Cassie was brilliant. All facilities were great including gym, Starbucks.

German Cockroach Infestation in Rooms...

Liked: Most staff were so nice!
Disliked: German Cockroaches in restaurant and hotel rooms!!!!! Couldn't use light in bathroom because fan made loud crazy noise! Can't use the pool because "storms" ( it was hot and sunny/clear skies). Resort is not on the beach like they claim!!!!! TV's DO NOT work!!! Hotel phones do not work....

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and nice to us. The facility was super clean and comfortable
Disliked: We try numerous times to rent a jet ski, but they give us all cain off scusesabout the weather for not letting it us rented even though other people were allowed to rent.

It was a wonderful stay.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. The staff treated us wonderfully. It was like staying in a resort.

Liked: Check in was a breeze and the entire staff was amazing. The views were incredible.
Disliked: The lock on the door didn't work in room 824. The bathroom lock was a bit hard to handle too. Just a few little maintenance issues.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very welcoming and resourceful. Room had a amazing view of the water. would stay again!
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included.

Fairly decent place just beware...

Liked: Good location, housekeeping staff is so friendly and kind.
Disliked: First night on arrival room wasn’t as clean as it should be, no access to Wi-Fi, front desk staff is not very helpful, the high cost of parking per day.
