Liked: The decor and amenities were great! Charlie was a super star! Provide A+ service to my wife and I during our stay.
Disliked: There was a mix up with my original booking of a King Deluxe room. Upon arrival we were told that there were issues with that room’s booking that night so we were provided a two queen bedroom. However the next morning the staff upgraded us to the junior suite with no additional charges. They took great care of the situation

Liked: Location good
Disliked: Place to be so expensive is really "tired". Stay was ok but definitely not worth the hype..member privileges etc. Refrigerator didn’t close, windows dirty with smudges, mattress not comfortable, Lobby floors dirty, door handle leather torn, garbage pickup 3 times in one night..noises. Stay was ok just not worthy of a 4 star more like a mediocre motel. Will try another next time.

Liked: Great location. Clean, well run.
Disliked: It’s a club and feels very clubby. Not as friendly as other hotels in the area. Very friendly if you’re a member ie: bars, eating options etc, not so much if you are not. Limited lobby amenities, very small though adequate and clean room.
