Liked: The toilet wouldn’t flush we didn’t have the Bath robes the milk in the morning was like gone off cream in the coffee it wasnt great . I wouldn’t pay 250 again for the king executive suit . But the staff were nice I just expected more for the price .

Liked: Not much. The dining room staff were nice.
Disliked: It was very disappointing and didn’t offer what we have come to expect in a 4 star hotel. Only 22 degrees outside, so hardly a major heatwave, but it was unbearably hot in the room. Windows fixed so only opened a bit. No air con! The staff provided fans for us but it’s no solution. The room was fairly small with little room around the bed near a wall. Bathroom small with a horrible clingy shower curtain. To get a bus to town you have to cross a busy road and the hotel itself is up a steep slope and then steps. No staff to assist when we arrived although a nice man did help when we left. The public areas were much nicer but it felt very impersonal and unwelcoming with the automated check in.

Liked: Easy parking and reception ok
Disliked: The room was tidy but the decor was dated. Our lights in the room didn't work properly. The bathroom was tiny. The hall and lifts were bady decorated, the 6th floor lift lobby panel was held on by sellotape and black tape. Glad we only had one night there.
