Clayton Hotel Silver Springs

It’s a nice hotel in...

Liked: It was easy to get to and had loads of parking
Disliked: The bar and restaurant area. Lots of empty glasses on the bar and tables. Food in the restaurant was below average.

Very expensive for the quality

Liked: Rooms were comfortable but with no air conditioning it was hot
Disliked: As Above and the hill was not good

Liked: How close it was to the city
Disliked: It was so dirty and we had no cot for our baby who we had with us and made it clear we where coming with a child so we had to make use of chairs and pillows so she was safe in the bed we couldn’t leave her crawl around the carpet as it was so dirty and stains when bed sheets where changed they were the same ones from the night before we used the bathroom door didn’t work we had to use a shoe to lock it when in there I have pictures to show for the price we paid it was so disappointing and we would like a refund I have messaged so many times and no one is getting back to us this is also so unprofessional

Quite getaway

Liked: The room, food and staff was lovely. Great location, quiet away from busy city life. Beautiful view of the river
Disliked: There was a bunch of hair left in the floor in the room that was not mine

Disliked: The room was horrendous. Tiny room . Extremely hot. When windows open,there was smell of cooking.The view from window was fans and kitchen..totally awful. I was served a.glass of flat proccesso. The Breakfast buffet food was not hot. We booked a.delux room with garden view.

Disliked: The Bar not very Bar like people eating all round you.the Breakfast poor and some items cold we arrived at 9.0 for breakfast and it had started at 6.30 some items had the 6.30 look about them.
