Liked: Stayed before. Great location and lovely rooms.
Disliked: Front of house staff when I arrived was rude. Clearly didn't want to be at work. Left my luggage and explored Manchester. When I got back to check in, I can only describe the front of house staff as a diva. Rolling her eyes because I said I would prefer to check in via her, and not the computer behind me. The two guys on the desk at check out were totally different to the check-in ones...

Second visit - I'll definitely...

Liked: Location is perfect for attending events in the city centre. Easy walk from Piccadilly Gardens tram/bus stop and a short walk from Piccadilly train station.

Wonderful hotel with great location...

Liked: Location was great, close to China Town, Gay Village, Piccadilly and great restaurants, bars, shopping. Great sized room and very clean and modern. Staff super attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Loud music from a nearby bar/club sometimes woke me up. But it was bearable. However I desperately would have liked a mini bar fridge to keep things cool in my room. It was hot and I missed having a cold bottled water on hand.
