A perfect stay in Manchester...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location in the city centre was perfect, close to transport and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful .
Disliked: Nothing major, everything was good.

Liked: The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Nice sitting area and bedrooms were great. Free condiments was a nice touch. Location was good.
Disliked: Some of the staff were some of the worst i’ve seen. I had an lady at the desk change my room because it was a ‘disabled room’ (was advertised as a deluxe double room) and they said Pride is coming up, insinuating that I could potentially be taking a room off a pride member? That’s nothing to do with me, prefer staff keep their ideology to themselves. I was there on holiday, not to be talked down to. One older man at the reception area was nice to me but he was the only person who remotely showed any consideration.
