Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre

Poor

Disliked: Upon inspection of one of the beds there was a disgusting stain on the mattress. There looked to have been very little effort to address this, but instead just cover it up. I would expect a lot more from a hotel chain like the Clayton. The two guests ended up having to share one bed instead. There was a similar stain next to the bed also.

Liked: Breakfast was a good price and lots of choice. I really enjoyed. the location was great. Easy to walk to train station, the centre of the city and also Deansgate. I left my room late and it had still always been cleaned when I got back

Liked: Excellent hotel. Nice, cosy and clean room. Room had everything you would want including iron and board.Very good location. Good car parking very close. Would stay again.

My stay was great.

Liked: I loved the room and the location was superb. Most of the staff were very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast should have more variety. Eating the same thing everyday got boring.Though the bathroom was white and clean, a section of the silicon had blackened which was a bit unpleasant.
