Liked: Staff was very helpful and quick to assist. Appreciated the great customer service and complimentary airport drop off. Self-serive and pre-check in was also quite handy for a quick check-in but also meant I couldn't ask questions to a real person unless I waited for much longer than necessary (e.g. breakfast was included in my deal, but there was no information about this when I self-checked in).
Disliked: I felt the room and facilities were a bit dated. When I arrived the sink was clogged and just an open hole you could easily lose items into (which was why it was clogged!). The plug in the bathroom wasn't the right plug so when I ran a bath, it didn't seal and the water leached out straight away and one of the bulbs was gone in the main lamp in the room so the room was very dark. Room service was quite overpriced for what came (although still palatable). The service was great, though, and they were quick to resolve some of the issues I had once I called in about them. Bed was comfortable but the room was definitely not well sound-proofed and I could hear heaps of sounds from other rooms and possibly the airconditioning unit (I'm assuming?) outside my room was really loud at times. I got what I thought was a good deal for the room, but still felt overpriced for what I ended up with. There could definitely have been more attention to detail.

Disliked: Bedding is too hot with no option of a single sheet (there isn’t one); booked for three people but only two towels supplied - requested additional towel but it was never delivered to the room; parking is overpriced - £30 pounds for 24 hours even when your are a hotel guest!

Liked: 5 mins from airport terminal. Staff very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Had a very good meal in the restaurant, staff very good, efficient and friendly.
