It was ok. Staff were...

Liked: The staff were nice
Disliked: Our room was very basically cleaned. Beds were made but that was all. We got no clean towels, the bin wasn’t emptied, we got no replacement milk for the tea/coffee. Our cups and glasses weren’t cleaned. We had a triple room but only 2 chairs. We requested an extra chair but they never came back to us about it. The breakfast was very ordinary.We had stayed there about 8 years ago and it was great but this time we were so disappointed

Wanted to go home as...

Liked: The view from the room was stunning. The staff at the pool facilities were brilliant,enthusiastic, Shane I think, friendly and on top of keeping the place clean.
Disliked: The place was dirty, sticky drip marks all over chairs and tables. The bed had a roll in it, kept ending up in the middle. Warm and dusty in the bedrooms. Breakfast was awful. The granola was processed, sausages gooey in the middle, bacon tough. Poor overall choice. Thought I couldn’t go wrong with the fruit mix but the watermelon was off and tasted of vinegar. In need of a serious refresh. Will not be back.
