Liked: Very clean and modern. Lovely facility.
Disliked: The only thing I believe they could improve on is to have their coffee bar area open on a Saturday morning. We just wanted a quick bite to eat and a cup of coffee before we left for the airport. All the Clayton offered that morning (May 4th) was a huge breakfast buffet. I never want to eat like that any day of the week. We did find a cafe nearby that the hotel didn’t even know about which was a bit disappointing. It all worked out but as lovely as the hotel is the smaller breakfast option would be a lovely choice to offer when one is traveling.

Disliked: No air con or window that we could open in the room. The room was way too hot. Breakfast was not good. Some staff were rude. When I booked I booked a twin room, when I checked in online I rang to ensure it was a twin. When we arrived it was a double. We had to ask a 3rd time.
