Liked: Big clean room, comfy beds, coffee/tea/water facilities. We got better category room for the same money. Quick check in and check out. The kettle wasn't working and we got new one immediately.
Disliked: There is no conditioner in a room only fan. 20-25 min walking from city centre

For our visit to Leeds...

Liked: Clear directions from the motorway which worked. Reception - polite/friendly and gave clear answers to questions. Entering and leaving the hotel was very straightforward. Well laid out room.
Disliked: There was nothing that we would have wanted altered.

Liked: The reception area was lovely with nice friendly staff . Nice bar area .
Disliked: We had the meal deal for dinner . Bargain at £20 for 2 courses . I had mushrooms to start they were lovely and chicken as main . The chicken was very dry so didn't eat it . Would not recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff but...

Liked: Friendly staff, very happy to help and always had a smile.Good location (10-15min walk to train station / city centre).Easy to find / park (though parking is on a limited first come, first served basis).
Disliked: Room was not air conditioned! Check you're booking!Rooms on front of hotel are directly next to main roads; noisey.Booked triple room for three people but only 2 sets of towels availabe on arrival. Bizarre!
