Disliked: The service from the staff in the bar was really bad. The table was dirty and never cleaned the whole time I was there. It took me 10 minutes to get a drink, I counted 5 staff on and 7 customers in the bar on a Tuesday night. I stay here twice a month for work but won't be staying here again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Plenty of food . Plenty of choice .. it was ok. Nothing to write home about .
Disliked: The crowd it reception. Huge wedding . I had pre booked us in for double room. Seemingly delux room booked . The lady at desk was so frazzled we could talk to her. I had ask for disability help. Sent to third floor around and around corners . Shower over bath .I couldn't have shower. Leisure centre was too far away despite asking for use of it also. Got moved very late in evening to allow for a shower in morning. Not one for me.sorry .
