Superb

Liked: Very clean room, beautifully decorated and furnished, spacious bathroom and really comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent - many tasteful and fresh choices. Friendly staff. Excellent location (subway and bus station is 1' walk, tower bridge 18' walk, super market 5' walk). Option for online check in/out.
Disliked: Soundproofing is not top, but definitely not disturbing. Not a big fan of the bathroom sliding glass door.

Feels like a hostel

Liked: Decent location and the room felt new.
Disliked: Very expensive for what you get, especially considering it's self check-in. It feels more like a hostel.

Great location. Comfortable room.

Liked: Great location. Nice staff at reception. I appreciate having screencast so I could watch my Netflix.
Disliked: The room needs a little attention. There were stains on the wooden floor and top of toilet. There were dings on furniture.

Best value for money in...

Liked: It was modern, clean and warm. Check in can be done before arriving easily. The room card is very easy to get from the machine in reception, I’ve never seen this type of check in with other hotels! Very unique and modern. They also offer room service which we ordered in the room via a QR code - website. Slick, easy and quick. Room was plenty big, modern and homey. Shower is incredible! Very good water pressure. The local area has plenty of restaurants + local supermarket type places, very convenient. And it’s right next to Aldgate East underground station. The WiFi is plenty fast too!
Disliked: Nothing. I’ve tried thinking of any single little negative, but there isn’t any.
