Great hotel!

Liked: The hotel is close to many shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as the tram. It's quiet and the rooms are a great size with comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and the online check in option was easy to use!

Liked: Loved the quiet location. With the tram was so easy to get around. The staff was excellent and our room and bathroom so quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Okay-ish appearance, bad experience overall...

Disliked: Located 30 min walk from all the sights. Not bad, not ideal either. We were given a room on level 0, which was freezing cold when we arrived (at 2 am). The air on wasn’t responsive at all. Level O is actually below zero, because it is below the street level and the “view” from the room are the feet of the pedestrians. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell of moist and canal.For our first morning, we booked breakfast and it was 15 euro per person. (Overpriced for the quality and variety, but okay. Dublin is an expensive city.) On the second day of our stay, we decided to have breakfast again, but we were asked to pay 19 eur, which was the rate for any walk-in client. For the 850 eur we left there for 2 nights, we could’ve been treated like “guests” and offered a discounted price of 17 or even 15 eur.The metre d’hotel at the breakfast room was rude and dismissive.
