Was in Cardiff for a show at the Motorpoint Arena. Hotel is right down the road from the venue as well as all the downtown action. Great value!

Liked: Location was excellent. Great value for the money. Catherine went above and beyond for us!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very close to we're we wanted
Disliked: Very uncomfortable couldn't get the air con working wasted £150 on a room that we didn't end up staying in and we come home

Convenient & comfortable but not...

Liked: Excellent location for railway station and town.Easy online check in/out.Comfortable room.
Disliked: As hotel was v busy, long waits & queues for lifts (there are only 2). 12 floors so stairs not popular.Breakfast area v small for no. of people.TV didn’t work.

Liked: Amazing location, staff were excellent, rooms were very clean as was the whole hotel
Disliked: Pillows were so hard, myself & the others didn't sleep great because of this, almost brick like. Spoiled the stay for us
