Great place to stay!

Liked: They left us some chocolates and a lovely card for our 10 year anniversary
Disliked: Window in family room couldn't be open with a toddler in the room (it was a sliding window on 6th floor). We will however stay here again.

Disliked: I had to beg to change rooms at 3 a.m. because of the noise from the pipes. They had to come and check before moving me. Trust your guests — we don’t complain for no reason

Liked: The staff, the hotel itself, the buzz around it, the location
Disliked: There was no structure with breakfast, it was a free for all. I honestly think if there was a one way system, in and an out, it would defo be less chaotic. A lovely breakfast though
