Disliked: was quite far away form things staff weren’t overly nice we had orders room service but never received our food but still took our money

Liked: The location, close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Hygiene - toe nails in my bathroom, hair on the floor, food by the bed and a sheet that didn’t fit on the bed. No aircon in any of the rooms - a basic in every modern hotel. Nearly 2 weeks later and I’m waiting for a call/email from the sales team to discuss a refund.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and location excellent for Bord Gais Theatre.
Disliked: We were starving after the show and had to walk quiet a distance to buy takeaway food

Pool fab, but windows/noise not...

Liked: Brilliant pool, sauna etc. facilities & lovely staff at Club Vitae. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Windows wouldn't close properly (one catch didn't work to seal the window), so a lot of noise from the street, & no air conditioning so would need to keep windows open as gets very warm/stuffy. Considering the cost I was surprised by this. Reception area staff not the friendliest- prefer personal check in rather than touch screen machines.
