great hotel great bar close...

Disliked: the room rate they charged me was very high while the next night was half price i stayed there alot but would not go back because the raised there price double i asked next mornen for something back or some kind of refund they sain the rate was high because of the oasis concert but i wasnt at the concert dont understand please relate this back to claton hotels an im asking for some kind of refund or a free night in hotel to take price down abit or we wont be returning
