Liked: Bar was lovely, the hotel is super modern and well designed. Room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Bathroom was nice and the staff were all really friendly
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. A lot of the hot food was cold and a lot of food wasn’t replenished even though it got busy after we’d finished. The black pudding was pretty tough too. The rest of the breakfast was ok though as there was a lot of choice so it wasn’t all bad.

Disliked: We were given a disabled room which we didn’t require. It was quite dark and dingy. I think if I had mobility problems I would find it difficult to get around this room. The shower wasn’t very good either. The bed was comfortable however.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and nice spacious bedroom. Nice toiletries in bathroom.
Disliked: The person on the reception desk when we arrived wasn't very welcoming. Quite abrupt and didn't make a particularly good first impression. We arrived about 60 mins before check in time and were told if we wanted to access our room earlier we'd need to pay an extra £20! Then about 20 mins later we got a text anyway saying our room was ready for us, so we could have paid a completely unnecessary £20 for no reason.

Liked: The hotel was nice a central. Easy access to both the shops and the nightlife. The staff were very helpful and the room was very quiet.
