Very good

Liked: Beautiful hotel lovely staff ,massive room and lovely shower. Very close to bullring shops.
Disliked: The parking is not on site which it didn't state when I booked .it was horrendous trying to find the designated carpark, at least 15 minute walk away from hotel and because of this would never book this hotel. Hotel didn't state when I booked that there are lots of railroad works etc directly outside hotel..

Was very underwhelming

Liked: The breakfast was really good and had a decent variety of food.
Disliked: The room was smaller than was it appeared in the pictures, the bathroom didn't come with any amenities at all and the aircon was not working, which caused us to be moved rooms several times. We was informed that we will be offered a free complimentary early check in however when we arrived,we was made to pay £40.

Very disappointed due to being...

Liked: Lovely decor great breakfast
Disliked: Queued for 50 minutes to check in when we had already paid and checked in online. We still had to queue with people who needed to pay and checked in. With work we were limited on time. 2 staff on reception. Other people complaining. Currently hard to access with works going on around the place. Air conditioner units not working in a lot of the rooms. Really hot no air to even crack a window open. Even the corridor was hot so very uncomfortable. We requested a fan but nobody came to the room with one as we were informed they would do. With working the next day we really needed sleep.

A comfortable stay

Liked: Clean & comfortable room
Disliked: Couldn’t get BBC channels on tv. Eventually sorted it ourselves by re-tuning. No plain yoghourt available at breakfast (& no response from staff when asked)
