Brilliant

Liked: Was checked in with Brenna ( not sure if name correct). She was lovely and helpful. We were in room 721 an executive room which was brilliant. Really roomy and lovely extras. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

Liked: Rooms were lovely staff were very pleasant
Disliked: Only thing was our cooked breakfast was cold but we ate it anyway as we had payed for it

All in all wouldn’t recommend....

Liked: The location is very good for a few days in Belfast!
Disliked: The bathroom was very smelly. The breakfast was very very greasy and not clean. The room was not clean. The turn down service didn’t involve any cleaning and only provided us one large new towel and removed all others.
