Overall staff very friendly and helpful; clean hotel - old but nice.

Liked: Near the RDS.
Disliked: Car park is ridiculous - could really update it. Also fountain in the front of hotel green was not working and park benches not painted - bit out dated.

Liked: Have stayed in a Clayton hotel in Birmingham and it was great this was certainly underwhelming. Felt cleanliness food staff could have been better .

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful historical building and has been refurbished with style. The rooms were spacious, extra clean, and the beds comfy. The staff is really nice and professional. The underground car park was very convenient and we were even able to charge our electric vehicle! We liked the place so much we decided to make the most of the lovely bar space and had a great meal there. We wished we were staying longer!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a historic building situated in a quite place, easy connection to the center. Rich, good breakfast.
Disliked: It was noisy as for 2 nights there were wedding celebrations with music playing load until 1 a.m. Blanket was too hot for a summer.

Lovely stay in a peaceful...

Liked: We had absolutely lovely stay in the hotel and felt cared for by the friendly staff. Even though we stayed only one night, it was definitely one of the most comfortable stays. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking in the city was also a great bonus.
Disliked: 10/10, no notes.
