Liked: The courtesy of the staff at the breakfast.The kindness of the staff at the restaurant.Lovely people at the reception and the attendant's room too.
Disliked: The location is not really the best, but there is a few step the bus stop to get to the Tube which is 5minutes away by bus.

Pleasant

Liked: Hotel was nice, bar and rooms were nice.
Disliked: There was a curtian missing from our room and light was getting in at each side in the morning. Also there was only one pillow per person and not enough spare pillows to have two each. Pillows were fairly flat. Car park was really narrow.

The hotel need a facelift....

Liked: The facade of the hotel looked nice
Disliked: It wasn’t clean we had to ask the change the room dirty carpet and mould on the walls and toilet and shower did work well.

Nice, great staff

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Hotel needs a little doing up, the parking price is crazy £20 per day doesn’t sound much but if you stay a few days

Our family trip

Liked: It was neaR to all shops and to the station, wilersdgreen station was a 10 minute walk, or a bus ride of 2 stops away, I will stay there again
Disliked: If you wanted to use the pool I thought if was a bit pricey 15 an hour, I didn't ask the price for the children.
