Comfortable welcoming stay

Liked: Very comfy, generous sized bedroom. Private parking useful Good location to walk to the village for dinner or rambling Tray for walking boots at the end of a muddy walk Torches and umbrellas available for guests to use, very thoughtful. Decent strong coffee to start the day

Charming b & b, with...

Liked: The room itself was really comfortable & cosy, with some nice little touches, from being able to see the hens out the window to having torches available for walking into the village. The Veggie breakfast was also superb. The owner, Chris was lovely and with the b and b being in the heart of the new forest, he had loads of tips/maps for exploring the local area. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend! Hope to come back soon. Many thanks.

Excellent room in lovely property

Liked: We had a super clean spacious room with toiletries supplied in the en-suite shower room. Breakfast was cracking and comfortable walking distance to Lyndhurst.

A lovely place for a...

Liked: Breakfast was great ,good traditional choices all freshly cooked. Covid safety in breakfast room. Our room was warm and comfortable, king size bed and 2 cosy armchairs in front of the TV. It was fascinating watching the birds on the feeders in the garden .Nothing was too much trouble for our host. Would definitely visit again when we are allowed to travel again. Having parking available was a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Comfy bed, spacious room and good breakfast.

Comfortable house

Liked: The parts of the house we had access to was cosy, welcoming and vey tidy and clean.
Disliked: The only downside if I had to voice one was the closeness to the road. It was a busy road during the day however at night time it was only the odd car that passed by.
