Very pleasant and close to...
Liked: Layout of the hotel, ease of access to information, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The offer of free umbrellas to borrow as it was a very wet week!
Disliked: The breakfast was way too expensive - 24euros per person. we went into central munich and ate at the market area for a fraction of the price.

Cute space, attempted self-check in
Liked: It smelled incredible, the space was modern and comfy, extra pillows were a nice touch, and the coolest key cards (they're made of wood!). The staff at breakfast in the morning, Dinah in particular, were so sweet, and the food was very good.
Disliked: The location was a bit far, but there were scooters to help with transportation. The breakfast was good, but very spendy. The shower doors didn't seal all the way and the controls were hard to use. No free parking designated, but can try to find spots along the road. Parking garage was 14€.

Not for a baby
Liked: - Really nice location- Polite staff- Beautiful rooms- Underground garage
Disliked: Having a baby with us, the following were not convenient:- The room was in the 3rd floor without elevator so we had to carry everything up the stairs.- The ceiling was really low in half the room and above the bed, so we had to be extra careful for the baby- There was no crib for the baby and we had to co-sleep, which is not safe.- Very small shower and we could not wash the baby

Liked: Very helpful and welcoming staff. Immaculately clean, nice bedding. Lovely hand wash and shower gel. Nice food, big portions. Lovely coffee at breakfast.
Disliked: TV wasn't working (not a big deal). Room was very small but comfortable beds. Kettle but no breakfast tea/milk.

Friendly staff, nice atmoshphere, overpriced...
Liked: The location and the atmosphere of the hotel are very nice and welcoming. It was easy to reach if you traveled with a car, but I guess it would not be a good choice for those using public transport. The balcony was also pleasant. Furthermore, the parking garage is great to have and should be appreciated.
Disliked: The room was small. The water in the shower would not sink well. The breakfast costs 24 euros per person which, I think, is very much overpriced for that breakfast. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. The lady responsible for the organization of the breakfast was very friendly and hard-working. I would visit this hotel again but would never pay for their breakfast once more.
