Liked: Good location, friendly staff. The fact we didn't speak German wasn't an issue as everyone was fluent in English.

Liked: The location and view to the courtyard.
Disliked: The pillows were not supportive and firm and the duvets were in halves and too small.

Wonderful, would recommend and stay...

Liked: The room was very comfortable, the location was good for us and not far from the Train Station or the Cathedral. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of choices - even my kids were happy! Front desk staff was very welcoming even with our late evening arrival, they provided parking instructions, details to get around the area and a wonderful dinner recommendation that was still open.
Disliked: Some construction in the area caused some confusion but, that is not on the hotel -

Good value in a great...

Liked: Staff were helpful, met my dietary needs for breakfast and room clean and spacious.
Disliked: Smoke alarm fell onto the bed but fortunately I had just got out!
