Disliked: - extremely noisy when the windows are open, it’s near Alexander plaza and there are a lot of emergency vehicles going around all night. Even when the windows are closed you can still hear them.- pillows are extremely soft and not comfortable at all, they don’t offer firm pillows. Left with really bad shoulder pain and neck pain.- air conditioning unit is old school (ground unit) that is musky and very loud even on the lowest setting, if you turn it off and open the window then the noise will be unbearable.- There is one lift in the entire hotel, so during activity hours you’ll have to wait more than a few minutes.- careful with the small champagne bottle and chips they have laid out on the table, they will charge you for it.
