Liked: Friendly staff. Clean and spacious hotel room. Harmonious atmosphere.Clean public areas.RITUALS toiletries and towels in the room. Soft big bed. Good location.75 euros deposit cash when you check in the hotel and you get it back when you leave.
Disliked: The room was a bit hot even though the temperature inside was 21 degrees.The shower door was transparent.

Good choice. Would stay there...

Liked: Very convenient- very close to the Philharmonie- the Big Dome & the Ludwig Museum. Easy walk to the main Hbf.Staff very helpful. Lovely entrance & Reception .
Disliked: Was all I needed as a solo traveller.

Liked: Location was excellent, close but not too close to the main station and the area wasn't too dodgy.The biggest issue for us was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The air-conditioning wasn't working, although I'm sure they could fix that.
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities.

Liked: The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. They upgraded my son and his girfriend’s room and let us check in early. The day clerk was very pleasant.
Disliked: The air conditioning was out when we checked in and we were not informed. We had someone in our group who was ill, so it was very uncomfortable. They said they would bring a fan and did not. The night clerk was very rude and wouldn’t even serve us at the bar when we sat there for 10 minutes.

Liked: Best location and friendly staff- Really enjoyed my stay was short but was good
Disliked: Breakfast can be better - for sure there is room for improvement

Best beds in Cologne

Liked: Nice rooms, close to the Bahnhof and really good beds.
Disliked: AC doesn’t work, thats bad in the summer.
