Good

Liked: Great location for visiting Piel Island via the ferry.Nice to see a 'real ale' pump on the well stocked bar.
Disliked: Breakfast was a buffet arrangement not freshly cooked apart from fried egg .

Liked: Good location for our stay. Food was lovely
Disliked: Big cobwebs from wardrobe to ceiling. Towel rail kept falling off. Couldn’t open windows very far due to blinds.

Liked: Quiet location with good links to tourist routes/ destinations in south Lakes. Hotel meals were great value - generous portions. Excellent free parking for hotel patrons. Friendly , helpful staff.

Lovely overnight stay, friendly staff,...

Liked: Very comfy bed, spacious rooms and loved the tall ceiling.. nice mugs provided for a morning cuppa.The bed was very comfortable, I liked the thick piled carpet, and decent size TV.
Disliked: A little folder of local information would have been a nice read, and advertise local history.And wasn't sure if there was a WiFi code, wasn't obvious until I checked out in the bar, and not in the reception or rooms. But they are both minor details
