Liked: They saved me a lot of trouble by allowing me an early check in (at 7:00 in the morning!) after a long-haul flight. All the rest were also excellent.
Disliked: All good.

Great location and facilities.
Liked: Very central location, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Only used the car once to visit friends in Werribee. Hotel had an excellent buffet breakfast.

Liked: Clear instructions on and smooth check-in process, direct lift access from carpark to lobby and room levels, kitchen equipped with enough utensils for simple cooking. Loved the apartment layout with separate private bathrooms for both the bedrooms. Multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely view of the railway tracks traveling to the rail station nearby.

We came for a family...
Liked: The Location was great and the view was amazing as we had the corner river view apartment.The room was good size for family of 6 with having the adjoining room option.The buffet breakfast was excellent
Disliked: We had the river view and trains were very noisy for the person using the sofa bed in the lounge.

It was an ok stay...
Liked: Helpful staff who always greeted us.
Disliked: Dryer was broken. Walls and elevator were worn. The pool was being repaired.
