Disliked: The shower set up wasnt the best, as the shower head jets need a clean.

Liked: location is great- lovely staff too and ample space for a couple
Disliked: balcony is not private and is small- shower is no good if mobility issues as you need to step into a small bath with shower

Very good

Liked: It is an excellent location and convenient to everything. The river view over to Southbank was great. We loved watching the nightly flame tower show from our balcony. The beds and couch are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need and the shower pressure was really good. The cleaning staff were excellent too.
Disliked: There is noise from the trains which was anticipated. The TV picture quality in the lounge room is not good and needs fixing.

I loved the warmth, hospitality...

Liked: I loved the staff, the 24/7 reception, the size and quality of the room. There was also a fabulous cafe/ restaurant which opened early. I was also able to stow my luggage. Thanks kindly, I’ll be back!
Disliked: -

Affordable and good location.

Liked: Location, ease of parking and comfortable room and bed.
Disliked: The shower screen was too small for the space, the TV in the lounge did not have a good picture and the TV in the bedroom had limited channels and wasn’t able to be turned up to a decent volume.
