Liked: Good location for walking to city centre.
Disliked: The staff are not trained at the front desk to explain the billing practices etc. when we asked to split the bill they said that they couldn’t do it. Furthermore they preliminarily charged my card for the full stay and room deposit. When asked for a receipt they said that they don’t do that. But they actually didn’t explain the processes that the money could be refunded and a receipt would be issued at checkout.

Liked: I like the location and the provided breakfast with room. It is convienent and even though is relatively small hotel, I like the services. The room is cleaner than some other places I stayed at before. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the feeling of being safe there when the doors were locked after 9pm.
Disliked: The room was clean but I noticed some crumbs below on the floor near the bed, so I wondered if it was vacuumed. Otherwise, the bathroom sink area and bathroom toilet/tub area was very clean.
