Liked: Staff not helpful, asked 3 different people for later checkout only maid staff could answer that??? Then gave me 20mins even tho I checked in at 1:30 in am only!
Disliked: Put hold on credit card then it takes 2-5 days to come off???

Disliked: The main reason we booked this property was that they had laundry facilities, which we needed after our cruise. They were not available anytime during our 3-night stay. We were given a number of reasons, different every time, as to why they weren’t available: They were being repaired and the repair man was on the way, the room was being painted, they were fixed, but they weren’t…This was a very basic hotel at a very high price.

We weren’t there very long...

Disliked: There was no COLD water in the shower. We couldn’t shower so had to fill tub with hot water and add cold water from sink to take a bath.
