Liked: Pool, staff, access, and
Disliked: Towel rack fell off by simply touching it. Tv did notWork

Poor. My husband came home...

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was filthy and the carpet and beds were so damp that they felt wet and an awful smell to the room

Not what I expected from...

Disliked: Sink wouldn't drain Black particles in sin and tub. Dead gnats in sink water. Had 2 ask for washcloths. Staff did not understand what I was asking for. Area around motel seemed run down. Do not eat at Denny's next door!!

Disappointing

Liked: Location. Desk person seemed nice enough.
Disliked: Slow draining sink. Housekeeping didn't supply fresh towels for many rooms. Only 1 garbage can in room. Hallways were not vacuumed. Don't know if it was lack of staff or didn't care.

Over all we just needed...

Liked: We were never informed that breakfast was included or available. The staff never told us, so we went out for breakfast.
Disliked: The Pool was cold the hot tub was out of service. The floors were sticky not sure why. The room was humid even with the A/C on.

Would have rather stayed elsewhere

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: There was big yellow stains in the bedding. Lack of supplies in the room. Asked for toilet paper and was told to go get door and buy some. False advertising about having cribs for infants to sleep in. Ask about what they looked like to see if my baby would like it better than a play pen and was told they don’t have any. The hot tub had maybe an inch of water and it was green. The pool was very cold and said it was at 80 degrees but was definitely not. The walls were dirty in the room.
