Comfortable but noisy.

Liked: Great funky design, comfortable beds , good value for money.
Disliked: Very noisy, we had a choice between a in room noisy air conditioner or the street noise with the window open. There was a dumpster emptying at 4 am right outside our window. When we went into the room it smelt very musty, we suspect the old air conditioner was to blame for that. The receptionist in the evening was not at all engaging and after I reported an issue with our TV she promised to come and reset it but never turned up. Breakfast was ok but everything was using plastic, this hotel chain obviously never heard of environmental friendly!

Less than I expected

Liked: The attempts to make the property colorful and artsy. The staff was genial.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great, very bland. Coffee was not good. There was no fruit. Elevator was broken. There was a moldy smell throughout the 2nd floor and in my room. Paint was peeling in my room.

Exceptional

Best hotel I’ve stayed at...

Liked: It is decorated beautifully, rooms are clean and smell good, the hallways smell good, the breakfast was delicious! Waffles, round scrambled egg patties, smoked sausage, bagels, mini doughnuts and cakes, cereal, mixed fruit cocktail, juice, milk, coffee, water and yogurt!
Disliked: Nothing specific, I wouldn’t have minded a pool, however it wasn’t an important part of my stay.

Liked: Sign is was easy. Everyone one there was super nice. The room was nice too.
Disliked: We couldn’t get the tv to come in so we had to call and they come right up and fixed it but that was the only thing.
