Stinky, gross, and flammable.

Liked: The staff was okay, we really only interacted with one person though. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, although we did hear the opposite from other guests.
Disliked: Let's start with the hallway. The hallway on our floor (3) smelled horribly. Describing the scent, it was somewhere between natural gas and raw sewage. We gagged every time we got off the rickety death trap of an elevator onto our floor. Being free, we didn't expect miracles with the breakfast but it too was horrendous. We've had the same items at similar hotels in the area and had no problems but here, the eggs were grainy and gross, they tasted old (we were there 30min after breakfast started). The sausage was obviously old and was so hard I could bend them and they'd stay. It was like they've reheated the same sad brown & serve sausage links over and over throughout the week. All of the pastries were stale and pretty much crumbled in your hands, it was actually kind of impressive how gross all the food was. The juice dispenser needed cleaning, our juice had little bits floating in it. Finally, let's talk about the fire. Yes, there was a fire in, what I heard, was the laundry room where the lint caught. Normally, I wouldn't fault the hotel for something like this because accidents happen but if it was indeed the lint catching fire, that means the staff has ignored the potential for danger and lazily omitted cleaning the lint traps and such. Also, the staff handled the emergency situation horribly. No one was directing anyone, no one had gone down the halls making sure people left, no one let us know it was okay to go back in after we had to sit out in our cars for however long while the fire department took care of it. In fact, no one mentioned it. They pretty much ignored it ever actually happening which is unacceptable. All of that being said, even if the dirty dryers never caught fire, we'd never stay there again.
