Good value. Clean, Helpful staff,...

Liked: It was mostly clean. Staff was helpful. Location was convenient.
Disliked: It was mostly clean but there were still some animal hair on the carpet of our room. Breakfast was just ok.

Superb

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to use the frig and the microwave in the room itself. Breakfast had many options and the dining area was quiet and clean.

Will stay again

Liked: We stayed 4 nights. The hotel was a good hub for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. It was clean and the breakfast was good. I would stay again.
Disliked: My only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't cool as I needed. I did talk to the owner and was informed about why the A/C was the size it was. I appreciate the time he took to explain.
