Staff are aggressive and confrontational....

Liked: The price was fair and the hotel itself was decent.
Disliked: I got into town late and my check-in took almost 30 minutes and the front desk clerk was notable flustered and annoyed.Housekeeping staff tried to come into my room the next morning even after I told them no. I told them no thanks & that we didn’t want housekeeping another 5-6 times and they stood at the door yelling out it was housekeeping and they needed in. Thank God my door lock was engaged and it caught the door or she would have busted in on me changing. She didn’t close the door the whole time this was going on. I had to go to the door and shut it back myself, & when I did, she started asking who’s name the room was in. None of their concern and totally inappropriate to ask. Not to mention completely flustering and terrifying to deal with first thing in the morning. I told her it was in my name and she stood outside telling me an excessive amount of times to put my do not disturb sign on the door. I told her several times I would and she continued to tell me to do it.I called the front desk and asked them to talk to the staff and ask them to not do this anymore. About 2 hours later there is a housekeeper beating on my door saying housekeeping. I knew my DND sign was on the door now so I was like what is it now? I say no thank you and hear her go “well actually I want to talk to you about earlier”. Obviously I’m in disbelief because that is so totally inappropriate. I peek out the peep hole and she’s standing there, not in-front of the door, but to the side of the door, her phone in hand, waiting for me to open the door. I asked what she needed and she made several more attempts to get me to engage her in a conversation while waiting for me to open the door.

Liked: Location and mattress.
Disliked: Cleanliness, bugs in the room and beds were small.

Nice stay

Liked: The location was great. We got in as a late arrival so did not do much, as we left early the next day.
Disliked: It seemed it was showing its age. Other than that it was ok.

Liked: Quite comfortable with a good breakfast
Disliked: The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy
