Liked: I was going to a concert at the Erie Insurance Arena. The hotel was close to it and was a very good price. I arrived and found a very friendly staff, a beautiful lobby, and an exceptionally clean room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great value!

Ehh not very happy

Liked: It was nice it was just something’s like the lotion was open and used and the bathroom was dusty after using my cleaning supplies I felt better about the tub toilet and sink but it wasn’t in the best shape on arrival . The fridge had not been emptied from prior guest so I had so throw all that away. The bed was clean and fresh linens on the bed . Upset about the pool not available and nothing on the website showed it was out of service which was really upsetting , since we had planned on using for the stay. Would have liked to been offered a discount or something but nothing was even offered or said regarding that. It was ok for the money and at least the beds were clean!
Disliked: No pool to use The bathroom and sink area not cleaned well, the fridge had to be emptied from prior guest stay. Lotion offered was used and bottle was dirty. Shampoo and conditioner were empty

Liked: Did not like the property
Disliked: We were never notified that the pool was “getting maintenance” during our stay so we were not able to use it, it was a big reason we booked the hotel. Didn’t see a single person working on that pool.We could not connect our devices to WiFi, we tried multiple. Even the TV would not connect to YouTube or screen cast from my phone.There are spider webs in the bathroom that we had to remove ourselves due to having a toddler walking around.The mini fridge wouldn’t stay shut due to uneven shelves.There was a screaming man and woman on the 2nd floor outside of our room, who continued to slam doors yell and wake up our children multiple times. We were woken up at 1030pm, 1am and again at 850am. Our room phone has no dial tone and we could not use it to call the front desk.I’ve also messaged the property multiple times during my stay and never heard back from anyone.The “room service” associated with the hotel is completely overpriced and if you make a mistake on your order there is no way to fix it or contact anyone until after the order is already delivered.There are random smells of curry lingering into our room through the day and night.There was some kind of drilling going on this morning at 9am that woke our daughter.We were given one small garbage back for a 3 night stay with 4 people.

Liked: Condition was Run down, room was too warm, the breakfast was the worst, pool was closed ,which was the only reason I stayed there for the outdoor pool.no wake up call available. Room phone didn’t work. Unable to understand front desk workers. Trash was not removed from room , I had to get fresh towels on my own for my second night. Owners not putting any money back into property. With so many choices for other accommodations in the area I’ll spend a little more for comfort.
