Disappointing

A last minute stay

Liked: It was easy to get to from I90. This was a last minute stay and we were able to get right in.
Disliked: There was hair in the bathtub and we had not used it yet.

Superb

Liked: Clean and comfy

Ok carpeting was in need...

Disliked: The room had multiple areas of frays and holes in carpet.

Exceptional

Gradually improving hotel

Liked: Great daytime front desk person/Mgr. Location. Bed & bedding. Quiet. Staff continuing effort to gradually refurbish / upgrade property is apparent. Staff cares.
Disliked: Parking lot & exterior lighting needs maintenance. Sticky spot in room carpet (soda pop spill?).

Liked: Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was nice and clean, well kept.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Every thing was beyond my expectation, room was big and clean, breakfast was simple but acceptable, bed was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Totally I recommend this hotel to every one.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was suppose to be a non smoking room and all you could smell is stale cigarettes smoke
