Our room had dirty floors
Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The dark Grey, faux wood tile hides that the floors are dirty. After walking around the room and bathroom in my bare feet, the soles of my feet were covered in loose hairs and dirt. I had to wash them before I got into bed. I didn't mention this to the staff for two reasons: 1) they never asked at checkout how my stay was. If they had, I would have told them. 2) It was late at night when I discovered how dirty the floors were. I didn't want any remedies (e.g., vacuuming or mopping) to disturb other guests' sleep.

Liked: An adequate place to stay with super friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: a bit of traffic noise.
