Liked: It was very nice and fun to be at and a straight shot from Shenandoah National Park, a 20-minute drive. Lots of places to eat in the area
Disliked: I don't think there was anything I didn't like

My stay was excellent

Liked: Very cozy along with pool staff at desk was awesome
Disliked: There is a tiny musty smell in room like it was damp

Liked: Breakfast, bed
Disliked: Wifi was NOT working ever. Filthy bathroom vent, dirty window sill. That’s enough !!!!

Liked: Pool and breakfast were great.
Disliked: The room smelled moldy and the bathtub was slow to drain. When we arrived the toilet was running but my husband fixed it.

A nightmare due to plumbing...

Liked: I like the customer service.
Disliked: I’m was very embarrassed and upset that the toilets were not working. I had my friend on her girl thing and my daughter started her girl thing and everyone could see everything. We changed rooms and it didn’t make it any better. I was very upset and they said it was nothing they could do. The stuff tried but it was out of their control. I would like a percentage off of my stay.
