Clarion Pointe Franklin - Nashville Area

Budget hotel but beware of...

Liked: It was a good price for the facilities offered. The staff were friendly. The room was a standard I would expect for the price.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from other guests both inside and outside the hotel. Despite complaining at 3 am nothing was done. The breakfast was ok but basic. There was no black tea and there was a long line because there was only one waffle maker and the only other choice was cereal.

Decent but could be updated

Liked: Nice location and pool is small but was a perfect temperature
Disliked: Beds weren’t that comfortable, breakfast options weren’t the best, broken toilet paper holder.

Exceptional

Liked: Loved the comfort
Disliked: Had to turn left out to the interstate

Disliked: Lighting was poor in the room. Poor sleeper sofa. Lay out of room was terrible. Continental breakfast was very poor. Didn’t keep up with cleaning it. Would not stay again.

Disliked: Breakfast was lacking, no bagels or muffins. The rail at the step entrance to the pool was loose and very wobbly. I didn't feel safe using it. There was an unpleasant odor in the elevator area.
