Disliked: They forced me to pay a $25 non-refundable pet deposit “just-in-case” one of my two dogs stays…even though I told them I had two dogs for one night. When I returned to the office to show them that BOTH dogs were gone and would remain gone for the remainder of my stay, they refused to refund the $25 pet fee because it was “NON-Refundable”. They then tried to accuse me of “sneaking in another dog” and said I owed them for three dogs. This place was insane. This, of course was AFTER the police tased a man 300ft from my motel room door as he had attempted to flee the scene of a multiple car pile up due to a high speed chase. After detaining to man, they found the dead body of a women in his trunk…300FEET FROM MY MOTEL ROOM DOOR!!! Due to the “investigation” motel parking lots were blocked off, ALL surrounding streets were blocked off and the front of the motel and connecting gas station swarmed with police and detectives and media outlets with video airing on live television…Not once did ANYONE from the motel speak with guests and explain the situation, in fact, they completely ignored it and turned the news off of the television in the main lobby. By far, the worst experience in all 45 years I have been alive…DO NOT BOOK HERE
