Disliked: Bathroom had mold on lower walls, top edge of shower and on the ceiling. Bath fan did not work. Mixer valve cover was loose. Screws that should have held it in place we're missing. Desk chair was broken and seat was stuck tilted way back making it difficult to use the chair. Poor lighting in room. Only two small wall lamps between beds and one small desk lamp.there was plenty of room for a comfortable chair but there was none.

Disliked: I didn't like anything about that place there was nothing no restaurants around

Disliked: Not enough wash cloths or toilet paper in the room. There was not an extra roll of toilet tissue and only one wash cloth for a room that can accommodate 2 people. Very hot in the hallway and room had a funky smell.

Good Experience overall

Liked: The experience was good for Breakfast, Room cleanliness and staff was so co-operative. The location was very close by for wedding venue and middle of mountains. I will recommend this Hotel for stay who really like nature and mountains. The room price also reasonable in comparison with Clayton and Franklin. This Hotel was fully renovated in 2024.

Liked: The breakfast was started at 6:00 am and the breakfast area is so clean and smells good. We had boiled eggs, scramble eggs, wheat bread, coffee, cereals, juice etc. Everything was so perfect and happy to stay here.
