Soaking wet carpet

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: We usually wear shoes in hotel rooms so until I went to get out of bed in the middle of the night I did not realize the entire carpet was soaking wet. When I woke up in the morning I happen to look up at the ceiling, and it was covered in mildew. I tried to contact someone at the front desk, i.e.manager, and no one was available when we were leaving. The room did not smell at all at any point, and I am usually very much aware of any mildew smell. Ceiling photos are attached

Liked: Nothing except the location.
Disliked: We had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk agent to check us in. He was actually sleeping. We asked for another room because the sheets were very dirty.The rooms are smelly.The coffee is undrinkable and the breakfast minimal.

Disliked: The room was not what I asked for online and was no longer available when I got there....... there was fighting in the parking lot at the front entrance.....It was just awful

Disliked: Staff was rude and not helpful at all, anytime we went to the desk even to check in it was Atleast 5-10 minutes before the girl would walk out of the room behind the desk to help, we checked in at 5:15 pm check in starts at 4 we were told no room cleaned yet so we would have to wait if we wanted a room with a king bed like we booked. We’re switched to a room with 2 queens which isn’t a issue but crazy to be asked to wait to check in when you’re there after the check in time and when we asked how long we would have to wait we got no answer. Breakfast fridge was way to warm to trust any of the dairy products
