Nice place, very crappy staff

Liked: Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, good location
Disliked: Staff was rude and not helpful at all, anytime we went to the desk even to check in it was Atleast 5-10 minutes before the girl would walk out of the room behind the desk to help, we checked in at 5:15 pm check in starts at 4 we were told no room cleaned yet so we would have to wait if we wanted a room with a king bed like we booked. We’re switched to a room with 2 queens which isn’t a issue but crazy to be asked to wait to check in when you’re there after the check in time and when we asked how long we would have to wait we got no answer. Breakfast fridge was way to warm to trust any of the dairy products

Disliked: WiFi problems. The password we were given had a typo.

Liked: Clean. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Was full the first night and we were given key to a room that was occupied! Told by another guest that same thing happened to them. Staff was able to resolve the problem, but feel this kind of error is completely unacceptable. Breakfast was fair. Apparently there was a concert in town the first night we were there and room price was doubled - which seems like gouging.

Liked: Did not have breakfast during visit.Location was convenient to several fast food options, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Milan Indian Restaurant! Their food was excellent, drinks were amazing, and the staff was phenomenal!
