Disliked: Our room was not ready when we got there at 4 to check in and had to wait 45 minutes.

Couldn't even stay poor management.

Liked: They cancelled on me even though I booked months in advance, my room was given away.
Disliked: I got called during the event i was attending and told that my room was given away even though i booked it 2 months ahead of time and confirmed 2 days before. Lobby full of people with the same problem
