Front desk lady great, everything...

Liked: The front lady was great and accommodating, and my kids enjoyed speaking with her.
Disliked: The hotel was completely dirty from the moment you walk into the room. We luckily had brought blankets so we slept on those until we needed to head to the airport. The room appeared it hasn't been cleaned or even half cleaned. The pool was close and breakfast was blah.
