Liked: I like the fact that there were cameras in the background recording every time the agent would log on the computer the telephone would ring.
Disliked: The hotel was contacted regarding the shuttle bus and agent told me the hotel had free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. A second contact made to the hotel and advised that the shuttle bus operators during limited hours.I had to uber to the hotel and upon my arrival I was told that there wasn’t a reservation in the hotel system and I had to contact booking.com. The booking.com reservation wasn’t honored.

Disliked: The breakfast no turkey bacon or turkey sausage no bagels no scrambled eggs. The breakfast wasn't worth it we left to go eat breakfast elsewhere. You need more and better options for breakfast.

Interesting stay

Liked: It was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I hate that it didn't have an elevator(one flight of stairs). The selection of breakfast isn't the best, but available. It was hard getting someone to the front at one point. Great value It wasn't to bad of a stay.
