Disappointing

Disliked: I’m not sure why I was charged 150 for incidentals plus the first night plus the full stay at check-in. The staff was rude when we asked about that. I’ve worked at a hotel in the past, and there was never any reason that I recall for us to charge guests 3 times at check in. Also I was told that both the incidentals and first night charges would drop off, but the incidentals charge has not been taken off over a week later now.
