Liked: nice looking, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms, for breakfast the eggs were real and good instead of microwave or imitation eggs.
Disliked: coffee was very weak, not great

Liked: It was in a great spot
Disliked: No soap at all. I asked for an extra pillow and it never showed up. The lock on the door only worked sometimes. Thank heavens one of us was in the room when it failed. The floor was really dirty. I had to wipe my feet before getting in bed.

I’ll never stay at Clarion...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Everything else was very poor.
Disliked: Toilet out of order. Heater did not work. Key did not work. Bathroom/shower poorly configured. Television did not work. Understaffed unknowlegable young inexperienced.

Disliked: The room was dirty. The food was terrible.

Bad

Disliked: I didn’t like that the cleaning crew only gave me 10 minutes to get all of my stuff out of the hotel room and leave and one of the cleaning crew people said i can’t understand your language and him only giving us 10 minutes that is very disrespectful so I wont be coming back to this property
